Glossary

Below you will find a partial glossary of the paranormal:

Angel:
A celestial being, If visible appears in human form and possesses abilities such as teleportation, powers of healing and displays knowledge of the future.
Apparition:
The projection or manifestation of a quasi-physical entity.
Demon:
An evil entity that most believe is a fallen angel.
Entity:
Disembodied energy referred to as a ghost or spirit.
E.V.P.: Electronic Voice Phenomena
Disembodied voices or sounds imbedded on an audio recording device.
Ghost:
A vision of a human seen after his or her death.
Haunting:
The manifestation of energy that could be attached to a location or item.
Materialization:
A ghost or spirit appearing visually.
Ouija Board:
A small board with letters and numbers usually with a small rectangle device. Used as a game by many and is believed to enable the users to communicate with spirits or ghosts. SMP DOES NOT ENDORSE THE USE OF THIS DEVICE AND STRONGLY ADVISES AGINST IT.
